Independent Survey of EcoLogix Group Clients Results in Exceptional Marks on Quality of Services

The survey, conducted by Dun & Bradstreet, independently queried a wide array of EcoLogix clients on a variety of issues related to the performance of our professional consulting services. Performance categories that were rated included, among others, reliability, cost, timeliness, quality, customer support, personnel and responsiveness. EcoLogix's Overall Performance Rating, a scoring system developed by D & B using a sophisticated algorithm and intended to be indicative of likely overall performance, was a 97, placing our organization at the highest level among the thousands of other rated companies in the business consulting services group. In addition, EcoLogix scored extremely high in each individual performance rating category. Representative scores, registered on a 0 to 100 scale, included a 98 on Reliability (How reliably do you think EcoLogix follows through on its commitments?); a 97 on Delivery/Timeliness (How satisfied do you feel about the timeliness of the service delivered?); a 100 on Personnel (How satisfied do you feel about the attitude, courtesy, and professionalism of EcoLogix's staff?); a 97 on Customer Support (How satisfied do you feel about the customer support you receive from EcoLogix?); and a 99 on Responsiveness (How responsive do you think EcoLogix is to information requests, issues, or problems that arise in the course of the transaction?).
